Some Great Tips!!

Well we have survived another weekend!! No we need some tips for a great recovery for a busy week... right?? thought so!


--Drink lots of water.
--Exercise in the morning.
--Eat a lime a day or squeeze the juice and drink it.

--Eat lots of veggies.
--Try washing your face w rice water.
(leave rice in hot water for an hour or until its white and wash your face when it's warm, try the ice thing afterwards too!)


By the way if you are trying to go back to a solid or lighter color of nail polish and your nails are a little yellow try soaking them in water w/ salt or garlic. It'll work like magic!
